There are a few ways to lure me into a restaurant and one of them is with wine, filet mignon, and foie gras… all in one dish. On top of the fact that most entrees are drenched in wine, you can byob (bring your own bottles) to dinner.
In addition to Lady M, The Plaza Food Hall also houses FP Patisserie by French pastry chef Francois Payard. There is a very staple dessert selection here and I will definitely be back to eat my way through the case.
Even though I am Chinese, I avoid Chinese hotpot at all costs (Hai Di Lao is the bane of my existence). But Japanese hotpot seems to offer something a little different.

Robataya is a Japanese restaurant that specializes in robatayaki/robata style cooking (“fireside cooking”). Most of the dishes on the menu are grilled fish, meat, and vegetables.
The food is not amazing but The Stanton Social is usually the safe place to bring friends who have varying tastes. Otherwise, I don’t have an overwhelming desire to come here. Each time we eat here, there are always dishes we like and dishes we regret getting.
I came here at 9pm on a Friday: 2 hour wait. Nope. I came here at 2pm on a Sunday: 1.5 hour wait. Nope. I came here at 11pm on a Tuesday: praise Buddha no wait. Finally.
