The bar at 1515 West is a great place for drinks whether it’s business, pleasure, or both. The bartender, who is a transplant from 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana, makes a mean drink. Pricey but man are they good.
Behold, all eight of 1515 West’s signature drinks (RMB¥108 each). I am always up for a good Old-Fashioned and I am also particularly fond of the Mint Julep.
And plus some. The Bloody Mary was spicy and full of flavor. There is also an Asian Bloody Mary, which has fresh ginger, wasabi paste, Shanghai white vodka, soy sauce, and fresh tomato sauce. That is on the agenda for next time.
The popcorn is super yum. Make sure to ask for some!
