This place is called Fat Mama but the cooks behind the counter are skinny Asian guys. Fat Mama serves mostly pastas, pizzas, and salads; simple dishes but what they have going for them is that they make the dishes based on what ingredients they get from the market. The menu is hand written as it changes frequently and items are crossed out througout the day when ingredients run out for that particular dish. I would describe this place as a boutique Wagas (I like Wagas). For frequent salad and pasta eaters, I would recommend this place for a casual dinner if you are in the area.
