What do I love more than food? Bags. Shoes. Clothes. And champagne showers (maybe not the shower part). LVMH has it all between Louis Vuitton and Moët Hennessy.
The third floor of the exhibit is a popup lounge featuring drinks made from LVMH spirits such as Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, Dom Pérignon, Belvedere, and Glenmorangie and food in collaboration with Unico by Mauro Colagreco.
Smokey sour (RMB¥138) with Glenmorangie 10y, fresh lime juice, sugar cane reduction, egg white, wood smoke
Bubble mojitos (RMB¥188) with Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut, fresh lime juice, sugar cane reduction, mint, and rum essence
More champagne swirling with gold specks.
We started with a traditional warm Argentinean sharing bread (RMB¥10) made with butter and salt already in the recipe.
Unico organic flowers salad (RMB¥68) with flowers grown in a farm in Pudong along with fresh coconut slices, celery sorbet, and green melon juice.
Alaska king crab rolled in grapefruit jelly (RMB¥75) with avocado mousse, meringue, and fresh garden flowers.
Patagonian shrimps and calamari (RMB¥98) sautéed with spicy Spanish chorizo and chili oil was our favorite. Also look for the tomatoes saturated in chili oil inside as well.
Traditional Argentinean “empanadas” selection (RMB¥88) with fresh vegetables and Australian beef brisket.
Trio of burgers – Unico way (RMB¥88) with minced Australian beef sirloin, farm raised chicken thigh, cured and grilled eggplant all topped with caramelized onions and homemade mayo.
French fries (RMB¥38)
After sufficiently stuffing ourselves, we walked off the food by making our way through the exhibit featuring the F/W 2014 collection.

I like your shoes!
Thanks 🙂
