Tiffany Cafe is a cute little restaurant that serves all sorts of food from waffles and pork chop to Thai curry. There are Audrey Hepburn themed paraphernalia throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere is really laid back and casual.
The food was up to par but nothing exceptional that you can’t get somewhere else. The location is a bit far out from the city center and I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless you live close by in the Hongqiao area (which was the case for the two friends I ate with).
Earl Grey Tea with Milk (RMB¥38)
The tea and milk was already mixed when it was brought to the table. I don’t know if they put anything else besides milk in this but it tasted slightly better than when I mix Earl Grey with milk or creamer myself at other places. Perhaps a touch of condensed milk contributed to the extra sweetness.
Green Coconut Thai Chicken Curry (Choice of Chicken ¥46/Beef ¥46/Seafood ¥52)
I don’t ever really eat Thai food by choice but I really wanted some rice (I know that logic makes no sense). One friend and I each got an order of this. It was okay but I wouldn’t get this again.
Red Coconut Thai Chicken Curry (Choice of Chicken ¥46/Beef ¥46/Seafood ¥52)
I liked this a lot more than my own green curry. This was very creamy and tomatoey and reminded me of chicken tikka masala. I recommend getting this curry over the green one.
Honey Toast (RMB¥58)
ERMGERD. The three of us shared this as dessert. We choose matcha ice cream to put inside and it was so delicious.
