I love to visit 席作 Xi Zuo in Xintiandi when I am back in Shanghai for well made Chinese food (with excellent service too)! The steamed fish with fermented black bean, scallion, ginger, and soy sauce is still the best - each piece free of bones with an even amount of garnish. The key is to take the leftover sauce and drown some rice in it.
